Joe McGrath

An Irish Research Council Scholar, Joe completed his PhD on corporate and financial regulation, having previously graduated with a first class honours law degree from University College Cork, Ireland. His first monograph was entitled ‘Corporate and White Collar Crime in Ireland: A New Architecture of Regulatory Enforcement’. His second book, which he edited and co-authored, is entitled 'White Collar Crime in Ireland: Law and Policy'. He publishes in the leading Irish and European journals in his fields. Joe teaches banking law, corporate governance, white-collar crime, and comparative business regulation at University College Dublin. He also coordinates the Advanced Diploma in Corporate, White-Collar and Regulatory Crime at the Honorable Society of King's Inns.
